Job Statuses

Indicates the current status from Enrolled to Paid (or Cancelled) for a given job. As a job progresses through AgriSmart’s system, the status of the job controls which users can do what actions to the job.

ID	Status	Description
0	Enrolled	The initial status of a job. The job is entered into the system but has not been accepted by the applicator yet.
100	Accepted	The job has been reviewed and accepted by the applicator and ready to be released by the retailer.
200	Released	The job has been released by the retailer and is ready for the applicator to dispatch and spray within the job’s release window.
300	Scheduled	The job has been batched by the applicator and is ready to apply.
350	Pending	An optional status that applicators can use to track which batches they have processed and given to pilots/operators to apply.
375	Partially Sprayed	Indicates that a job has been partially applied but is still pending full application. This is usually applicable for jobs that require specific wind conditions to finish application for. For example, aerial applicators will often use Partially Sprayed to track herbicide work that requires favorable wind conditions to comple so they don’t have problems with wind drift onto adjacent fields.
400	Sprayed	The job has been completely sprayed and is ready for billing.
500	Billed	The job has had invoices generated.
600	Paid	The invoices have been paid by the customer.
10000	Cancelled	The job was cancelled but has been retained by AgriSmart’s systems.
