code                   The user entered code for the pilot. This code can be used to match pilots across systems.
business_name          The business name of the pilot.
pilot_pest_lic         The Pilot's pest license.
business_pest_lic      The Business' pest license.
pilot_license          The Pilot's license.
address                The Pilot's address.
city                   The Pilot's city.
state                  The Pilot's state.
zip                    The Pilot's zip.
payment_terms          The Pilot's fee.
active                 Is the pilot active?
